January 12–14: Author Mentor Match — (non-Twitter event) un-agented authors matched with writing mentors


January 26 (8 am to 8 pm EST): #IWSGpit — Twitter pitch to agents/publishers for all un-agented authors of every genre and age category

February TBA (8 am to 6 pm Eastern): #SFFpit — Twitter pitch to agents/editors for science fiction and fantasy only—all age categories


February 16–18 (9 am to 11:59 pm EST): Savvy Authors Pitchfest — (non-Twitter event) pitch completed novels directly to agents, editors or publishers participating in the pitchfest


February 17 (8 am to 8 pm EST): #PBpit — Twitter pitch to agents, exclusively for picture books


February TBA (8 am to 8 pm EST): #MockPit — Twitter event where writers can practice their Twitter pitches. Authors are invited to tweet the pitch for their manuscript and encouraged to give constructive feedback to other authors

March TBA: Pass or Pages Query Contest — (non-Twitter event) win feedback from agents about whether they would pass or request pages based on your query


March TBA (8AM—8PM EST): #PitMad — Twitter pitch for all un-agented authors of every genre and age category


March TBA (8am—6pm CT / 9am—7pm ET): #FaithPit — Twitter pitch to agents specifically for faith-based fiction and non-fiction
